Delivery service details
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to process and deliver your order, after receiving your order confirmation email.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We only offer local delivery for addresses in the Kingdom of Bahrain at this time. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders will be delivered within 2-3 days after your order has been confirmed.
SHIPPING FEE
A flat rate shipping fee of 2 BHD applies to orders shipping in Bahrain.
We do not ship outside of Bahrain at this time.
DELIVERY METHOD
We utilize Parcel Delivery as well as other couriers depending on availability for order deliveries. Once your order is processed, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a suitable delivery time and inform you when your order has been dispatched. The delivery company may reach out for additional details, such as your Google Maps location if need.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@mintmailbox.me with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
